Why is it called Weather & Coffee?

This is easily our most frequently asked question!

Anne & Ed Phillips, the owners of Weather & Coffee admit to being addicted and passionate about coffee. Both grew up in housholds that served coffee at every meal. This morphed into a thirst for even more coffee in their lives. They both knew it was now or never when Anne finished practicing criminal law and Ed could no longer pass for the twenty-something meteorologist doing the weather on television.

So the business plan to start the coffee shop was born and the search for the name began. Rejecting names like "Brew & Barometers" and "Java & Justice" the name Weather & Coffee clearly stood out as the winner. So, that's how we named the only weather-themed coffee shop and internet cafe in the world, Weather & Coffee.
